OJOKORO COUNCIL BOSS EMBARKS ON MASSIVE ROAD PROJECT
By Ojokoro Council boss, Hon. Hammed Idowu D. Tijani (H.I.D) has started massive infrastructural development across nooks and crannies of the LCDA.
These projects include ongoing rehabilitation of street roads in Oguntona street; Akinsola street; Olusegun Coker street and Social Club road.
Similarly, the construction of road in Asuku street with two sided drainage is currently in progress.
Moreover, the Council Chief has also commenced the renovation of building in the Inclusive Education Unit at New Oko-Oba primary school, as well as renovation of block of classrooms at New Oko-Oba primary school.
Hon. Tijani said these projects, particularly the construction and rehabilitation of roads will boost the Council’s economic development and bring succour to motorists while academic development of pupils in the renovated schools will be enhanced.
He further stated that his administration will continue to provide more dividends of democracy as palliatives for the people as means of cushion the effects of fuel subsidy removal.
