Lagos, Ojokoro LCDA to Host Muslim Faithful on Saturday.
By The Executive Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode has identified with all residence in the state, all Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas in celebration of the forth-coming Eid-El-Kabir and has further initiated celebration at different locations in the state.
Furthermore, the Executive Chairman of Ojokoro Local Council Development Area, Hon. Hammed Idowu D. Tijani (HID) began Eid-El-Kabir celebration with council staffs on Wednesday 30th August, 2017 and still continues as he extends his hands of friendship to the staffs and promised to do same for the entire people of Ojokoro on Saturday 2nd September 2017 at Ifako Mini Stadium in Ifako-Ijaiye.
Speaking during an interface, Hon. Tijani (HID) said, “the government of the day would make sure that everyone on Ojokoro community have course to smile based on the good gesture of the state and the Local Government, as interesting and fun filled activities awaits all on Saturday”.
The council boss used the medium to call on Muslim faithful to celebrate with caution, drive with care and pray for the nation and her citizen. He also urged all to seize the opportunity of the holy period to pray for Ojokoro, Lagos and Nigeria as a whole.
He therefore called on all the people of Ojokoro to join him, dignitaries from the state, and the LCDA on Saturday at Ifako-Ijaiye Mini Stadium for Ileya-Party as there will be so many goodies for the people.
